▪ Acted in the capacity of project manager to help set up a new penthouse medical clinic in the Golden Triangle of Beverly Hills. Duties included interior decorating, assembling and setting up medical equipment, implementing a secure computer network and wifi connection, installing the clinic’s security camera and sensor system, and coordinating with contractors to build out the interior of rooms and offices.
▪ Managed the clinic’s front and back office. Also took on other duties during times when upper management and other personnel were away or unavailable.

▪ Managed the clinic’s marketing leads and converted them into patients. Duties included cold calling patients, explaining the clinic’s services, coordinating doctor consultations, providing procedure recommendations and costs to patients, coordinating and scheduling patient procedures, collecting payments, taking care of patients during their time at the clinic, and seeing them out.
▪ Assisted doctors and nurses with patient stem cell injectables, and other anti-aging procedures such as Botox, fillers, micro-needling, and IVs.

▪ Coordinated with real estate agents to promote the properties to corporate executives, celebrities, royalty, and other ultra-high net worth individuals, resulting in the sale of one property for $40.8M.
▪ Managed "The Glen Campbell Estate", a beautiful garden estate in the heart of Holmby Hills, totaling 2.2 acres. Coordinated with real estate agents to promote the property to ultra-high net worth buyers, resulting in the sale of another property for $22.5M.
▪ Managed, selected, and oversaw vendors to maintain the Bel Air, Hancock Park, Holmby Hills, and Malibu properties which included gardens, ponds, waterfalls, lawns, a tennis court, pools, a design studio, a pool house, a guest house, a beach house, and the primary residence.
▪ Directed maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, utilities, irrigation, HVAC, gates, and groundskeeping. Supervised projects through completion, approved payments and maintained all records and contracts.
